All employees are expected to comply with OSHA, DOT, NFPA 70E, customer site requirements, and company safety policies at all times. • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to meet company vehicle requirements. • Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings, including a drug screening and background check, where applicable. • Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or move equipment and materials weighing up to 100 pounds with or without assistance. • Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach overhead, and work in confined or restricted-access areas. • Ability to work safely around energized electrical equipment and within mission-critical customer environments. • Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods while maintaining attention to detail and safety awareness. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced field environments while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned service territory, including overnight and multi-day travel as business needs require. Per diem is provided for qualifying travel. • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to customer emergencies when required. • Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance Access to customer facilities, including data centers, telecommunications sites, healthcare facilities, industrial locations, and government installations.
